This was a last minute late night booking for me since my travel schedule got altered and I decided to take whatever hotel was available at about 11:30 pm at night.
In the morning the hotel owner is very keen on a timely check out irrespective of however late one has checked in and when one tries to request him to delay by about 30 mins he starts pointing to rules. For such strictness shown by the owner the quality of rooms is pathetic and I will let pictures do the talking. Also he did shout and wrongly claimed that I was shouting and was petty enough to insist that I say "aap" even when in various parts of India we say "tu" without meaning to be disrespectful. Eventually he was kind enough to let me check out by 10:45 am but only after I remained very politely firm on my request.
The staff on the other hand is very kind and courteous and was apologetic since room did not have duvet cover and towel etc when I checked in so full marks to them. The owner could learn a lesson or 2 about hospitality from the staff
