5 km from Vaison-la-Romaine, an archaeological town of great interest, this house, constructed in a plain style is located 800 m from the village of Puyméras. It is surrounded by a 10,000 m2 plot of land with its nearby swimmingpool. Ideally located, you can easily discover the Provence of the Popes, the region of Mont Ventoux and the Provençal Drôme. The Nyons Aquatic Park , 13 km away is worth a visit and in only 3 minutes by car, you can reach a bakery, a café and a grocery shop in Puyméras.
INSIDE
The ground floor of this 250 m2 villa comprises the entrance hall, furnished with a sofa, and to the left of it the large, air-conditioned living/dining room with fireplace and TV, from where you can access the poolside thanks to the large French doors. Furthermore, there is also a separate toilet on the ground floor and a bedroom with a large double bed and integrated shower room.The modern kitchen Opposite is located opposite, from which you can step out onto the covered terrace at the back of the villa. The sleeping area is on the same level to the right and consists of a bedroom furnished with a large double bed and access to the terrace, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet. The stairs from the living room take you to the upper floor, where there is still one air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, shower room and separate WC.
OUTSIDE
This 10,000 m2 property has been beautifully landscaped with trees. On the covered terrace, where a barbecue allows to prepare delicious grilled dishes you can enjoy them there al fresco. Around the pool, sun loungers and parasols await you for moments of a well-deserved rest.

Among plains, hills and vineyards, this well-finished pleasant house will give you the chance to sample some of the wines of the Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages, go hiking on the legendary Mont Ventoux or simply enjoy its magnificent park.
