**This is a beautiful Maui Banyan 2 bedroom-vaulted ceilings-steps to beach!
We offer a beautiful 2-bedroom garden view room with high vaulted ceilings (one of only 14 units at the complex with vaulted ceilings) that has been stylishly remodeled. This condo has a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, carbonized bamboo flooring in the living area and bedroom, travertine marble in the kitchen and bathroom (bathroom vanity, counter, mirror & lighting all remodeled in Oct.2020). There are large flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedrooms! The living room and studio side bedroom has a new Split AC system in the living room and both bedrooms. Contemporary Island-style furnishings and artwork throughout.
**Please note: This is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator.
The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui.
Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high-end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts, and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.

We stayed in March as a family of four—2 adults and 2 teenage boys—and it was exactly what we were looking for. You really can't beat the location, right across from Kamaole Beach II. The condo is in the closest building to the road, so the walk to the beach was literally just across the street—super convenient!The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our 6-night stay. We had the full suite, which included a second connected suite where the kids had their own space with twin beds and a bathroom—perfect layout for our family. There were plenty of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and other beach gear available, which made it even more enjoyable.Kihei is a great home base if you want to explore Maui, since it’s fairly central to everything. The grounds of the property were also beautifully maintained. Overall, it was a great condo and a fantastic stay—we’d definitely book again!

Nice place, great location. Really two units combined, so the second bedroom is en-suite with a kitchenette. Comfortable beds, my son said the pull out couch was the best one he’d ever slept on. Large wrap around lanai, plenty of beach gear. The beach across the street has nice cinnamon sugar sand and good snorkeling by the cluster of rocks. We saw three turtles the first day without any expensive boat ride :)
