Maui Banyan-Top Floor Unit, Right Across from the Beach!

Excellent condo. Great location to the beach, pool, food, and shops. Totally stocked with everything you need for the beach, sleeping, TV, kitchen, toiletries, etc. It doesn't get any better than this !

Perfect distance from the beach. Short walk, and if you forgot something, only a few minutes to go back and get it. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers.The kitchen was very well stocked. Did not have everything we needed to cook a meal. Property is very clean, and well managed.Mary responded to any questions, very promptly, and was excellent to deal with. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this second floor unit immensely! So convenient to the beach(es). Literally from front door to beach in 3 mins. Has everything you need as far as beach accessories, kitchen appliances and tools, comfortable bedding and towels, large showers and bathrooms, etc. The second bathroom is a little weird being accessible through the kitchen and cutting off the bedroom but it’s understandable given it’s two units combined into one larger unit. But it’s just something to be aware of depending on who you’re traveling with. We had two teenagers not of the same gender so it wasn’t as convenient for them. Food places nearby were so good. Moose McGillicuddy’s, the Cinnamon Roll Place, Maui Thai Bistro, all great! A mile or so down the road are Reefs ice cream food truck and tropical ice cream shop. Both great and really fresh. We did a really great excursion to Molokini and Turtle town which the Kīhei harbor was two minutes up the road which made an early 7am departure super smooth and easy. Highly recommend this condo unit. It definitely gave the fun island feel and the older town around it has everything you need. (Foodland a mile away).

So nice to be the closest condo across from the beach! We have stayed at this condo a few times, and appreciate having all the beach gear - chairs, umbrella, towels that are so necessary! Mary has always been very prompt in responding to any emails, and to providing all the necessary information. Nice to have a code for the door, rather than having to carry keys around. I'm not sure how long it's been since the kitchen was stocked, but a suggestion would be to have sharp knives, as well as a full size dish detergent, and a broom to keep on top of the keeping the kitchen floor clean.
