its an honest review I am travelling with my fiance and its really a couple friendly good hygienic place as a fellow Rajasthani its really good you can book this without any 2nd thought if you are solo or a couple or with family book this place.

Fantastic value for money given but staff r under trained, their are no fans in the room to cool the ac the way it should be as standards

Good hotel must visit

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Galleria in Vadodara, and this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First of all, the behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of treating guests with basic courtesy, they were rude, intrusive, and lacked any sense of hospitality. The most shocking part was their invasion of privacy. During my stay, housekeeping or staff took pictures of the bedsheets without my consent and later accused me in an inappropriate and embarrassing manner, claiming the bedsheet was “dirty” and demanding extra charges. The way they handled this situation was humiliating and completely unacceptable. There was no professionalism—only accusations and pressure. On top of that, despite clearly mentioning my early arrival (between 7:30–8:30 AM) in advance on Agoda under special requests, they still charged me extra for early check-in. When I politely asked for their written policy regarding these charges, they simply replied, “this is common sense,” which is not only unhelpful but also shows a lack of transparency and proper management. There was no prior notification, no clear communication, and no accountability from their side at any point. Overall, this hotel fails in the most basic aspects: respect for guests, privacy, communication, and professionalism. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this place if you value your dignity and a peaceful stay. This was a terrible experience, and I will definitely never visit again.
