There's also a second first-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a separate shower room with walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail and WC. The basement open-plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, plus there are additional lounge areas/snugs on the first ground and third attic floors. Central heating. Appliances include electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and washing machine. 2 x Smart TV and WiFi.
