A gourmet kitchen (including Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, full setup) flows into the dining and living spaces, which seamlessly open onto the beachfront patio. Imagine entertaining indoors or stepping directly outside, effortlessly. This level also includes a powder room as well as an oversized two-car garage with washer and dryer.
Bedrooms & Baths
Spread over three levels, the house offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with expansive ocean views, a spa-style jacuzzi tub and shower also boasting ocean views, a dedicated workspace, and private balcony overlooking the ocean. There are two queen bedrooms on the second level with dedicated workspaces, private balconies and a luxurious shared bathroom. The third floor includes an additional laundry room and a massive bunk room with two sets of queen bunkbeds, a large private balcony and ensuite bathroom.
