About this chalet rental
A magnificent chalet built in 2022 and ideally located in Lavancher, halfway between Chamonix and Argentière (10 min), allowing you to enjoy both the tranquility of this hamlet and the vibrancy of the region. You’ll especially appreciate the view from the hot tub and Nordic bath, the ski room with boot warmer, the fully equipped kitchen, and the cozy living room with its wood-burning stove. There’s also a second living room with a TV area and a work corner. Three parking spaces. Welcome!
This 133 m² property is spread over three levels as follows:
> Garden level: Entryway; large living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the main living room (wood-burning stove) and the dining room opening onto the terrace (hot tub); second living room with TV and office area; master bedroom (access to terrace) with en-suite bathroom, half-bath; laundry room
> First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms, 1 “children’s” bedroom with 2 side-by-side 140

> Basement: laundry room and ski storage room with boot warmers and ample storage space
A quiet and charming hamlet. Ideally located to fully enjoy the mountains, with hiking and cross-country ski trails just steps away. The ski areas are 2 km away. The tranquility of the setting and the breathtaking views will make your stay a timeless escape.
There are no shops within walking distance, but Chamonix (4 km) and Argentière (1.5 km) are easily accessible by car or public transportation (300 m).
It’s best to have at least one vehicle, even though public transportation is just 350 meters from the chalet. This bus stop also provides access to the shuttle service for the ski lifts. Three private parking spaces are available, one of which is covered.
To explore the rest of the region by car, allow 45 minutes to Megève/St. Gervais and 1 hour and 30 minutes to Geneva/Annecy. The center of Chamonix is only 10–15 minutes away.
