The tastefully furnished “Casa Cora” is located in a sunny and quiet southwest-facing setting above Lake Maggiore. It offers two spacious, lovingly furnished 3-bedroom apartments with a total of approximately 165 m² of living space. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two cozy living/dining areas, this house is ideal for larger families, couples traveling with friends, or small groups who want to travel together but still enjoy their privacy. Both apartments feature their own large sun-drenched balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains, as well as access to the approximately 1,450 m² palm garden—partly terraced—with sun loungers, a shaded pergola, and a pool (4 m × 8 m), which is available from early June through late September, weather permitting. Directly to the side and above the pool is a shaded vine arbor—the perfect spot to relax. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and two private parking spaces right next to the house are at your disposal. There are two additional free parking spaces in front of the house. Within about 1.5 km, you’ll find a mini-market, a bar, a restaurant, and a pizzeria. Pets are welcome.
