• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests
Booking & Guest Standards
To maintain a premium experience for all guests:
• Instant booking available for well-reviewed guests

• Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival
• A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for guests with:
• No reviews
• Negative reviews
• Unverified profiles
Deposit is collected through VRBO
Fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items
• Additional guests beyond 6: $25 per person, per night

We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 3, under 50 lbs):

The host was great. Property was as stated in the description. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom is good for kids. A little tight for adults. The deck area was a little messier than expected with leaves and dust. Great location for the Indy 500 weekend. A good stay.

Cute old house with character. House worked great for three families traveling for softball tournament! Kids enjoyed the game room and swings during down time.
