It's right next to a street that's light up at night, and the room is very clean

We stayed in both the standard and moderate room (due to availability) and it's worth upgrading to moderate for the space, as standard is really compact for 2 people. Breakfast had a large variety of options including local specialities which were great to try. The location is near downtown, and well located for tourists being between the station and the peace park and walkable to either. The only downside was poor sound insulation meaning you hear other guests on your floor, and the windows don't open.

Our stay was okay but the rooms are too small and breakfast has no lactose free or vegan options, unfortunately…

Overall, I was very disappointed with my four-night, five-day stay. The bidet in my room was not working, and although I contacted the front desk several times during my stay, it was never repaired before I checked out. I was told to use the bidet in the restroom on the first floor instead, but that bidet had feces on it and was in no condition to be used. The lobby restroom itself was also generally dirty and poorly maintained. I understand that equipment can sometimes break, but I was very disappointed that the issue remained unresolved throughout my entire four-night stay. The alternative provided and the way the staff handled the situation were also very disappointing.
