Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, ski lift, slopes 700 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Saalbach Hinterglemm 700 m, Zell am See 9 km, Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun 27 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 16 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
