Cocoonr is pleased to offer this superb, characterful house dating from 1910 for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, boasting panoramic sea views and situated just a few minutes’ walk from the Grande Plage and the town centre. The villa has been recently renovated and elegantly furnished to accommodate up to 10 guests: a spacious, light-filled kitchen, a beautiful living area with a lounge corner, a fireplace and a library, 8 comfortable bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets and a 2,500 m² garden with trees and several terraces to make the most of the great outdoors. Wi-Fi included – all that’s missing is you! No parties permitted.

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo in the Isle district, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more...

- Boat hire at the harbour (- Saint Cast Golf Club nearby (many golf courses in the surrounding area)

- Tourist towns (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac…) nearby

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to 4 vehicles), which is equipped with an electric charging point.

- Nearest airport: Rennes approximately 90 km away
Other comments:
- Important information regarding children: The house is not equipped with safety features suitable for young children (raised terrace, unprotected stairs, etc.). It is perfectly suitable for a stay with a baby who is not yet mobile. However, for children who can walk, a liability waiver may be required as a precaution (documents available from the concierge service)
- Free Wi-Fi available
- The fireplace/insert is in working order: wood provided
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request by the concierge service at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The rates given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
