A good and comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, and overall the experience was smooth and pleasant.

It's a serviced apartment, so there are cleaners who come a few times a week, and they do a really thorough job. There is also a security desk in the lobby, 24/7. The room was clean, the little kitchen was perfect. It was quite comforatble. I was there almost 4 weeks. There is a Navias grocery store not far away, and plenty of produce stands in the area. The area doesn't look very appealing, but there are plenty of people and it feels safe. There is a laundry service on the main floor. The road can be a bit noisy during the day, but not a problem at night.

I was there during a major flood, and the power went out that night. There were several power outages in the following days while repairs were going on, but I think this was a relatively infrequent event. In the last week of my stay, power was pretty stable - it went out a couple of times but was up within the hour. I also had some internet problems, but again, once fixed it was good for the rest of my stay. Mosquitos were an issue the first couple of nights. There weren't many, but it only takes one to interrupt your sleep. There is no mosquito net, and no way to hang one. However, I bought a Fumakilla vape from the Carrefour and it worked perfectly for me. I had zero mosquito problems while using that (but it only works when there is power). Overall, I was very satisfied - just wanted to give a thorough review.
