Очень удобное расположение — рядом метро, автобус и трамвай, легко добраться в любую точку города. Квартира просторная, комнаты большие, есть два санузла (туалет и душ), что очень удобно. Отличная стиральная машина, комфортный балкон. Понравилось, что вход по коду — не нужно переживать за ключи. Всё продумано и удобно.
Серьёзных недостатков не обнаружил. В качестве небольшого пожелания — добавить плиту на кухне и мусорную корзину. В целом остался очень доволен проживанием. С удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова. Благодарю хозяина за отличную коммуникацию и помощь.
