The apartment was really nice

Unfortunately, I was robbed while leaving the building. A man on a bicycle grabbed my phone the moment I stepped outside, and only afterward was I informed that similar incidents have happened in the area. I was told there were warning signs in the building, but since I had just checked in and left shortly after, I did not see any notice. The host did check if I was okay, which I appreciated. However, when I asked about security footage, I was told I would need to request it through the police. Later, during a family emergency, I asked if my uncle and his wife could stay for just one night (arriving late and leaving early), but I was told an additional fee would apply. I understand policies, but given the circumstances, I felt there could have been more flexibility

Localização e comodidade

Chegamos o apt estava sujo dos outros hóspedes, aguardamos quase 3h para limparem o responsável ficou de passar um pix para aguardarmos num café, porém não fez e não deu nenhum benefício pela nossa entrada que era as 15h e só entramos no ap as 18h.

Apartamento exatamente como nas fotos. Cama confortável, utensílios novos, varanda agradável e localização muito boa em termos de mobilidade com transporte público.

A torneira da cozinha, por ser de plástico tende a não fechar direito e fica pingando, sendo preciso apertar várias vezes até fechar por completo. Isso dá a impressão de que irá quebrar. Éramos três hóspedes e embora houvesse pratos e copos suficientes, nao havia talheres. O chuveiro é bom, mas a pressão não é tão forte, talvez devido ao andar mais alto. O barulho da Consolação pode incomodar quem se afeta mais com isso.
