Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, 5' με τα πόδια από το εμπορικό κέντρο αλλά και από τα ταβερνάκια της οδού Κομνηνάκη. Επίσης, το πάρκινγκ ήταν πανεύκολο στον δρόμο του studio-ίσως , βέβαια, και λόγω εποχής (αρχές Ιανουαρίου. Το διαμέρισμα που μείναμε ήταν το loft, πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο, με δική του βεράντα που την ακουμπούν τα κλαδιά της λεμονιάς του κήπου, η οποία τους μήνες που το επιτρέπει ο καιρός θα είναι σίγουρα υπέροχη. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, με bonus-έκπληξη το ελαιόλαδο παραγωγής των ιδιοκτητών μέσα στο ντουλάπι. Το μπάνιο σύγχρονο και πεντακάθαρο. Το κρεβάτι μεγάλο και με άνετο στρώμα.
