Πολύ καθαρό με ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο και κουζίνα που είναι πολύ λειτουργικά. Είναι κοντά στο κέντρο και πας με τα πόδια στα κεντρικά σημεία

Άνετο διαμέρισμα με 3 υπνοδωμάτια, ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο και καινούργια κουζίνα. Θέρμανση και ζεστό νερό σε αφθονία. Πολύ βολική η τοποθεσία για δουλειές ή διασκέδαση στον Βόλο. Ήσυχη γειτονιά.
Θα μπορούσε να έχει λίγο περισσότερα είδη για το μπάνιο και για την τουαλέτα τα οποία ήταν για 3 ημέρες ένα ανά επισκέπτη. Αφού το μπάνιο και ή κουζίνα είναι ανακαινισμένα, θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν και καινούργιοι διακόπτες και πρίζες
