The location of the chalet is great and warms up quickly with the fire and heaters. Lots of space and the board games are a nice touch. Very nicely decorated and it’s good for kids as the park is about 20 yards away. Nice outside space as well.
The bed was broken when we arrived so our first night was spent sleeping on the sofa: luckily it’s an L shape sofa so we both fit on it. We messaged the owner and they did turn up to fix it so we could sleep in it. Also the hot water is nonexistent and the knobs on the cooker hall off easily if you brush past them.

Nothing Really.
The bathroom needs updating, the electric shower was very poor. Double bed also needs replacing.
