Groene plek buiten de drukte van de stad.
Als je van een apart ontbijt houdt, is dit perfect. Kruidige smaken, olijven, kaas, eitje in tomaten, tomaten met komkommer, lookbroodjes, lekker fruit(sap), fruittaart van de mama en (slow)koffie. Mooie en ruime kamer met veel licht.
Een half uurtje wandelen naar beneden en langs de Douro brengt je veilig naar de Luis I brug in Gaia. Je bent zo in de stad. Een taxi brengt je 's avonds terug.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, der Garten und auch das Zimmer ist traumhaft schön. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich und Mom's Kaffee ist der beste, den wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes in Portugal getrunken haben (und wir haben viele Hotels besucht).
Parken kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück und zu Fuss kommt man schnell an den Fluss.
Die Nacht war super ruhig und das Bett ist hervorragend.

The accommodation is a small dream oasis just outside Porto, overlooking the Douro River. Every detail was perfect. Upon arrival, we were offered coffee. The room was spacious, the bed excellent. I truly felt a lovely sense of home. As an added bonus, there’s a terrace with a view where you can relax. I would go back there anytime!
