Minami-Ohashi Good Place House

this place had everything i needed during my 6 day stay (except an iron for my clothes). as new and beautiful as shown in photos. the host is very helpful and responsive via messaging. the beds were very clean and fluffy i wish i could keep sleeping. within walkable distance from train stations, bus stops and convenience stores. neighborhood is very peaceful. would definitely stay here again if i come again.

the hot and cold faucet nobs were hard to adjust for balanced temperature. it took a while for the water to get hot and sometimes it turned cold suddenly. the toilet seat was cold and there was no bidet. the washing machine was loud so avoid using it at night. the table and chairs are quite small.

引っ越しで新居へ入室までの４日間利用させて頂きました。場所も近く便利でした。自炊しましたが、必要なものが全て揃っていて助かりました（炊飯ジャーは持参しました）部屋もとても綺麗で快適な４日間でした。また、利用したいです。連絡がつきやすいのも大変よかったです。

部屋が明るく静かで良かった｡基本的に民泊は自由でありがたいです｡

無理矢理にベッドが3つあるので､１人の宿泊ではスペースが無駄になっているし､椅子とテーブルも付け足しの感じ｡ 福岡はホテル代が高いので､これからはサラリーマンも民泊を利用するのではないかと思います｡ちゃんとした机があってゆっくりと仕事が出来るような部屋もあればいいと思うのですが｡

This apartment is located a bit far from the city center, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the building, and the subway is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment was tidy and clean. Communication with the owners was quick and pleasant; they even let us leave our suitcases in the apartment before check-in. :)

The entire apartment could use some renovation, but if you’re just staying there for a place to sleep, it’s perfectly fine. Of course, there isn’t much space, but that didn’t bother us that much since there were only two of us with two backpacks. We used the third bed to store our things. Unfortunately, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Another thing that surprised us was having to pay the city tax on-site. The price on booking.com states that it includes all fees and taxes and doesn’t mention any additional expenses. This fact should be clearly stated.
