Great & comfortable apartment

It is pretty far from the metro stations and city center. I had a lot of luggage so I had to use taxis a lot.

Spazi giusti anche per famiglie, zona molto tranquilla, i letti non sono male, possibilità di poter dividere la zona notte. Lavatrice funzionante con detersivo.
Il lavandino del bagno non fissato bene, il cavo della cucina elettrica volante ed il pavimento all'ingresso un punto sembra cedere.
Le parti comuni del condominio da non guardare.

It’s the perfect size for one or two people to stay. It’s located in a nice quiet area, but you can walk to the train station in about 20 minutes so getting around isn’t complicated. There are grocery stores and convenience stores nearby. The room gets a lot of beautiful natural light and there is heating / air conditioning. The check-in process is relatively simple.
We spent most of our first day in Fukuoka cleaning the place. Many of the dishes and cutlery had been put away without being washed and there was a thick layer of dust on all the appliances. It looked like nobody had swept under the beds for months. The kitchen was not very well equipped so we didn’t end up cooking much. The bathroom also really needs updating and I think the toilet had not been cleaned before our arrival.
