Small but functional. Not exactly central but a short walk from Hakata and Tenjin. The neighborhood seemed safe too.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was fully equipped with cooking utensils, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. They also thoughtfully provided detergent for both laundry and dishwashing, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The only downside of the stay was the toilet - it wasn’t very spacious. If you're tall, you might find it a bit cramped and uncomfortable to use.

房间面积还可以，床品等很清爽
空调只有卧室有，导致厨房、浴室、厕所在夏天会很热，浴室与厕所有潮湿的霉味，在房间内发现了蟑螂。楼梯狭小且台阶高，不适合携带大件行李的旅客上楼，没有收到入住邮件导致我拜托了在日的朋友打电话才收到密码。
