Nice and cozy atmosphere, and good location - it's 5 min to Jaro plaza, and the place is full of nice little restaurants! The rooms are facing a peaceful neighborhood, and there is no noise from the road.
The room is fresh, with a nice and quiet aircon. They also have some kitchen amenities and a service water!
The staff is great!
The internet connection is weak during daytime, as the router is a bit far from the rooms.
The window is not sound proof, but most of the time the yard is quiet.
I hope the staff can fix the shower and put some hooks in the bathroom, then it will be great! There is no heater for the water, but it's not cold.

Basic budget accommodation in Iloilo. Room was fine, clean, had good air con and private bathroom.
There was a balcony area that was not in use and needs attention and the kitchen area was dirty. The place is not as nice as the photos so I guess it is older and the owners are not putting any attention into keeping the place like the photos.

Very centred location, lot of nice local food places nearby, helpfull staff and good matress.
Alot of stairs, only one working aircon. No water pressure in the bathroom and no wifi or tv for entertainment.
Last thing is a little fridge for keeping drinks cold.
