Grossräumiges Penthouse im 13. Stock mit 180-Grad-Blick auf Sofia und Gebirge, vom Badfenster aus zur Ostseite (Startbahn Flughafen). Nützliche Küchengeräte (Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine usw.) vorhanden. Am Zaimov-Park und zentral gelegen nahe Verkehrsmittel, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsgeschäfte. Klare Zugangsanweisungen des Vermieters per Whatsapp.

Schmutzige Attikaterrasse (Tauben bzw. deren Kot, voller Aschenbecher).

Lovely views of Sofia from the balcony, beautiful apartment that was clean and welcoming. Good access to the city centre and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby!

Only one small point - the bed is rather soft so we had a few uncomfortable nights sleep but we also understand it’s down to preference!

First of all: the location! The view from the big balcony is simply amazing. The apartment is on the 13th floor and luckily there is an elevator. The interior may seem a bit outdated, with kitchen cupboards that won't close smoothly, but it has everything you need, even an easy to use washing machine plus a drying rack is provided. It's located on the very edge of the wonderful Zaimov park, and close to shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and public transportation. The owner provided easy check in instructions with pictures and videos.

The balcony is quite messy, due to the pigeon droppings. But there's a broom provided so that's easy to solve. Over all this place is very well recommended!
