Very good
A very disappointing experience. Before my arrival, the sales staff contacted me and explicitly confirmed that I would receive a sea-view room with photos of it. However, upon check-in, I was assigned a room on the second floor with absolutely no sea view at all. When I contacted the staff to explain the situation, their response was simply that if I wasn't satisfied, I could cancel my booking. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I felt misled by the false promise and would not recommend this place based on my experience.
