The view was nice on the sea.
Too crowded. Pools not clean. Staff not competent to respond to our questions. The hotel said on the email confirmation that they don’t take cash but when we arrived they said that if we don’t pay cash they will charge us a fee to pay with our card. We had no choice but to pay the fee.
They also didn’t state anything on the booking about a deposit but asked us for one. Just a disappointing experience to be honest. Luckily we only had few hours there while we waited for our flight time. Will never come here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made a very good impression. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality and care — it was a nice experience.
