Stunning Studio2, Banstead with free off st parking

Lovely studio was perfect for what we needed and the hostess was fantastic at responding when needing extra bits

We stayed the studios as a family and were really impressed. Banstead itself is such a lovely spot, and the property makes it feel even more special — you come off the road onto a sweeping drive with secure double gates that open into beautifully kept gardens and the main residence. This particular studio had a remote-controlled skylight instead of a standard window. It keeps the room bright while giving you plenty of privacy — just worth noting that you don’t have a traditional view to look out on, but it still feels very cosy and welcoming. Everything you need is there: a proper kitchen (not just a kitchenette) with a washing machine, a stylish shower room, and a comfortable, well-thought-out layout. The off-street parking was a big plus too, so no need to worry about finding a spot on the road. What stood out to us was the mix of peace and convenience. It feels like a quiet, almost rural escape, yet Banstead High Street is only a short walk away with its coffee shops, Waitrose, Tesco and plenty of other handy places. By car, you’re quickly at Epsom, Sutton or Croydon, and even Ikea is only about 25 minutes away. Transport turned out to be simple as well. Trains from Banstead station aren’t too frequent, but Sutton station is nearby and easy to reach by the S1 bus in about 10 minutes. From there, you’ve got direct services into London Victoria and London Bridge, with both fast and slower options — ideal for a shopping day in the city.
