Piccolo monolocale in una posizione molto comoda per visitare Summerstrand e dintorni. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Possibilità di parcheggiare davanti all'appartamento dentro un cortile privato. Staff molto gentile e disponibile per rispondere ad ogni richiesta. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di fare il self check in.
Purtroppo durante il soggiorno ci sono stati dei blackout di corrente, risolti dopo aver contattato il proprietario, ma che hanno creato qualche piccolo disagio. Inoltre, il lavadino del bagno è veramente troppo piccolo e risulta difficile usarlo anche solo per lavarsi le mani.
