Great location for local bars & restaurants. Two bedrooms ... Double bed in each.Beds very comfortable. Quiet side street. Fair price for the accommodation. Lift.

Lack of bedside tables and bedside lamps. No mirror in one of the bedrooms. Seating in lounge is one 2-seater sofa ( which needs replacing as not comfortable) Other guests have to sit on high stools at the breakfast bar. No parking - use the underground carpark 5mins walk away (9€ per day), which is reasonable). Toilet needs securing to floor as it moves when sat on. Door to bathroom doesn't shut very well .

It is well located and very central. it was good to have 2 bedrooms and a comfortable living room but in general I regret for booking this one because it was dirty and with a bad leak. The bathroom was tiny and not very comfortable for 3 people

the was a very bad leak in the hot water system and I found out by myself. I was scared when I saw it as I was charging my phone very close to the leak without knowing it. It was hidden with a bowl in the direction. It was clear that it wasn´t something new for the owner. The towels were dirty and not good quality. The apartment is actually dark for a place very sunny like Murcia.
