    I’ve been a regular customer in this hotel for a long time now but our recent stay at this hotel this time was an incredibly frustrating experience. We endured a massive power outage that lasted for at least 7 to 8 hours, which completely ruined our early morning and derailed our plans for the day. With no electricity, the AC was not working, making sleep absolutely impossible. To make matters worse, the water supply was entirely dead for those hours. We were unable to do basic morning necessities like brushing our teeth or taking a shower, which forced us to completely cancel our planned morning outing. Our entire morning was wasted. When I approached the front desk about this unacceptable situation, the staff was completely unbothered and unhelpful. They flatly stated they couldn't do anything, and their idea of "compensating" us for a sleepless early morning and a ruined trip was handing us two complimentary water bottles that too after complaining harshly. The sheer apathy of the staff and the lack of basic infrastructure make this hotel impossible to recommend this time. The hotel needs to atleast figure out their water supply situation at times such as these.
