    We booked the based on the images we see in the app but actual its very different room its so small, bathroom have cockroach 🪳, they call there is a small cupboard with spider web, bedsheets have holes, we smell with zero ventilation its very annoying & there is no customer care with agodada so complaints are negligible So very Travellers don't book based on the images they have updated its and fool youself as i did Thanks

    The behavior of the people in the front office is very bad. They behave as if they own the hotel and are doing a favor to the customers. Just a smile and keeping the voice in control rather than being sarcastic in response to customer complains and queries can resolve the issues at hand and make the stay experience a lot better.
