Unique Downtown Montreal Stay with Private Terrace

Funky arty decor, brightly coloured walls, with everything in its place in the kitchen (fully equipped - with even a dish towel to dry the dishes as well as a dish washer machine) and bathroom (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, towels). Quiet to sleep out towards back of property. Two TVs and lots of room to move around amd organize four travellers' stuff and indoor activities (colouring, reading, watching TV). One way side street north of Sherbrooke Street with hardly any traffic - and only a 5 minute walk down into the thick of things - made this a perfect downtown location. Right next to McGill University - not really Westmount anymore, but perfect at the edge of the Mount Royal Park (up the hill), downtown Ville Marie (down the hill) and Westmount (few minute bus or metro ride west) or Quartier des Spectacles and the Old Port (east).

The location was wonderful and the owner was very responsive and friendly.

The apartment is not really set up for guests, and seems like more like a place that the owner is trying “rent out for the weekend”. There was no closet space at all left in the master bedroom (it was filled with owner’s things) and the rest of the apt. seemed as if the owner would be walking in the door at any point.
