It was very nice stay but the room was really small but value for money is okay. No elevators but the staff is very accomodating and helpful with all requests and they will carry your heavy luggage for you. The location is just really a bit far from everything like Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung or Seongsu or any other touristy places. Overall it was good. Thank you for being very hospitable!

I had a great stay here it has everything that I need and the host is kind. The hotel is also near some resto, cafe and convenience store

I booked this hotel on October 30-November 1, 2025. I asked the property on October 28 if I can leave my luggage before check-in. I got no response. I arrived to the hotel October 30 around 9am but there was no staff at the reception. A tablet was there saying that I should call a korean phone number to reach out to a staff but I am a tourist and I dont have a korean phone number. How am I suppose to call them? I tried to do international call but when I rang the phone number I heard a voice message saying that the line has an ongoing call. Then I messaged them through agoda app but no response as well. A good samaritan who was about to check out helped me to call the staff. Only then I was able to check in. I would have waited hours and hours if I had not met that samaritan. Then late at night of October 30, the property messaged me on how to self check in. A bit too late for that, is it not? They should have informed their guest how to self-check in prior the booked dates. During my stay, it was so noisy at the reception every night. I could hear people rustling, walking and talking. It was an unpleasant stay overall.
