The only real advantage of these apartments is their location. They are just a two-minute walk from the beach, which is very convenient.

The apartment was in an obvious state of neglect. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly in need of renovation and a thorough deep cleaning. The furniture was old, worn out, and well beyond the end of its useful life. Overall, the apartment gave a constant impression of poor hygiene, neglect, and discomfort. During our stay, we experienced numerous issues with the household appliances. Most of them were old, poorly maintained, and barely functioning. Some of the electrical appliances caused short circuits, creating a serious safety hazard. The air conditioners were old, dirty, and had clearly not been serviced for a long time. They emitted an unpleasant smell during operation, and the visible mold inside them raised serious hygiene concerns. The bathroom was extremely cramped and uncomfortable for an average adult and did not feel particularly safe for families with small children. Mosquitoes were a constant problem throughout our stay, yet no effective measures had been taken to address the issue. There were no mosquito screens on the windows, making it impossible to ventilate the apartment without letting insects inside. The management company failed to provide even a basic standard of service and showed little responsibility or concern for its guests. Whenever we reported problems, the staff were unable or unwilling to resolve them. We had to repeatedly follow up, send reminders, and ask for updates just to get basic maintenance issues addressed. Do not expect any meaningful support from the management company or its agents, and do not expect a clean, well-maintained apartment with properly functioning appliances. After staying in these apartments, I was left with two questions. First, I genuinely do not understand how this property has received so many 9 and 10 ratings. Based on our experience, those scores do not reflect the actual condition of the apartment or the quality of the service provided.
