Good facilities also nice that toiletries and towels were left to use
Outside areas were a bit shabby the flat itself smelt musty but it was clean ..i had a delay in an answer to a message i had sent i did receive an apology but if it was something urgent i would of been unpleased

Comfy bed and super soft bed linen. Nice and spacious. City centre location.
Wasn’t super clean. Cutlery was dirty especially tea spoons. No way of cleaning cutlery as there was no washing up liquid. Surfaces were a little dusty and had a mass of cobwebs in one corner. Shower tray filled up as it didn’t drain well.

Comfortable bed, private, keypad entry, just the right size for my needs
Couldn’t get some channels on tv like BBC 1, lacked some cooking utensils like Pyrex dishes to cook in oven and bottle opener.

Location was great
Hand towel and bath mat in bathroom shower tray is very slippery, wardrobe in bedroom or at least some hooks to hang clothes,dish cloth and baking trays and can opener in kitchen, these are needed.
