Location was excellent. Instructions on checking in with codes etc were also very clear and easy to follow. Flat was clean, sufficient size and had no real issues.
Neighbours upstairs were a little loud, but this is the nature of flats and very difficult to remedy. Shower was a little bit on the small side, and the rail was loose meaning aiming the shower properly was a little difficult, but honestly - a very minor thing for me.

Very central location, but pretty quiet. Spacious, clean accommodation. Comfortable bed.
Entrance to the flat was unprepossessing with rubbish bags left on the street outside the main door. Main door often left propped open so I didn't feel secure to open windows. Shower was fine but drained very slowly.

Good facilities also nice that toiletries and towels were left to use
Outside areas were a bit shabby the flat itself smelt musty but it was clean ..i had a delay in an answer to a message i had sent i did receive an apology but if it was something urgent i would of been unpleased

Location was great
Hand towel and bath mat in bathroom shower tray is very slippery, wardrobe in bedroom or at least some hooks to hang clothes,dish cloth and baking trays and can opener in kitchen, these are needed.
