נגיש פרקטי ונח, אפשרות לבישול, שקט, המיטות מאוד נוחות !! מים חמים בשפע
המטבח קצת קטן וניתן היה לשדרג אותו בעוד כמה כלים (כוסות, קולפן, סיר קטן, צלוחיות) מכונת הקפה מיותרת לטעמי מאחר ובפועל אפשר להכין רק קפה עם אבקת חלב או תה, אין אפשרות לקנות קפסולות אחרות בסופר

הדירה מאובזרת נקייה,, מרוהטת בטעם טוב ונעימה לעין והמזרנים סופר נוחים . יש טלוויזיה חכמה עם נטפליקס וגם וויי פיי .
לשים קצת יותר כלים וסטנד לשטיפת כלים אבל זה ממש בקטנה ולא העיב על החוויה , הסביבה עצמה קצת הלחיצה תחילה כי חשוך בכניסה וזה בנייני רכבת ישנים של שיכון ועם זאת היתה חוויה חיובית מאוד וזה אולי גם הוסיף תבלין לחוויה .
