Schöne, große Wohnung im Erdgeschoss (bei den aktuell hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm) mit kleinem Garten. Perfekte Lage, nicht nur zum Zwischenahner Meer und zur Innenstadt, sondern auch zur Bushaltestelle (z.B. nach Oldenburg oder zum Park der Gärten ohne Umsteigen - Urlauberbus für nur 1€)! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
Ausstattung der Küche (z.B. fehlende Frühstücksteller und Pfannenwender). Das Bad ist von einem Schlafzimmer nur über das andere Schlafzimmer oder Flur und Abstellkammer erreichbar. Beides hat uns persönlich aber nicht gestört!

Saubere Wohnung, ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten am Zwischenahner Meer und in der Einkaufspassage mit Cafés und Restaurants. Anfragen an die Vermieterin wurden schnell und hilfreich beantwortet.

Die Aufteilung der Zimmer. Ein Zimmer außerhalb der Wohnung. ein Zimmer mit Durchgang durch das dritte Zimmer. Das müsste in der Beschreibung besser angegeben werden.

Der Eingang war sehr verkrautet, nicht freundlich. Der vorgesehene Parkplatz war mit einem Baufahrzeug über die Hälfte der Markierung besetzt !
