Orea Spiti - Modern Rosselli

El apartamento en general, está fenomenal. Amplio y bien equipado, sobre todo la cocina, que dispone de todo el menaje necesario. Urbanización tranquila, sin ruido. Tanto la cama como el sofá son muy cómodos, pero no así las almohadas, que eran malísimas.

Por un lado el costumer service, muy poco atento. Estuvimos días pidiendo info y consultas, la empresa no contestaba nunca, hasta el punto q nos pusimos en contacto con Booking ante el temor de q fuera algún tipo de estafa. Afortunadamente todo se arregló, pero 24h antes del viaje. El piso estaba limpio. El salón no tenía mesa, lo que impide comer viendo la tele. El sofá no podía estar más sucio, era azul y tenía un color parduzco, y un olor muy desagradable. Baño completo, la ducha resultaba incómoda para ducharse ya que no podías colgarla en altura. El apartamento está lejos, no está bien ubicado. Zona 3 de metro, con pocos servicios, bares o tiendas. La parada de metro más próxima está a unos 10 min. Y tardas casi 30 min en llegar al centro de Milán.

Where to start… Complicated check-in; my flight landed later evening so I couldn’t get there on time for the check-in in person. So after filling and providing them with all details, it was still a problem to have my boyfriend (he lives in Italy) managing check-in for us on our behalf. They wanted both of us to be there in person, so we rushed and they continuously keep reminding me on WhatsApp to get there quickly - I’m not a child, and I’m a guest so I would appreciate a little tone there! For the personal check-in the staff just wanted us to show our documents again (provided to them 3x times also with our selfies prior to our stay!). Then I was told to check the video guide for entering the house they sent me at that time - after all this rushing, they just sent me a video guide which I had to watch at 21:30 in the streets in front of the building! The stuff almost left us without handing us the keys!! My boyfriend had to run and stop their car to get keys to the apartment. There was nothing provided on top in the apartment - no additional blanket, no additional pillow or cover. The sofa in the living room looked obviously dirty so we didn’t sit on it at all. We asked for a cover but the stuff ignored our request. Also be aware that you pay deposit on top of your payment, they will withhold money on your card (150€) and release it after your check-out if nothing is damaged. It’s a shame, the flat itself is nice and the neighbourhood pleasant, but due the staff and complicated check-in, it’s a “never again” for me.
