Η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά καλή, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά λίγο πιο έξω από το κέντρο, απέναντι από ένα πάρκο. Αν έχεις αυτοκίνητο, υπάρχουν θέσεις πάρκινγκ. Η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο, γίνεται με την κίτρινη γραμμή του μετρό, η στάση είναι 8 λεπτά περπάτημα. Υπάρχουν πληροφορίες στο διαδίκτυο που μιλάνε για επικινδυνότητα, προσωπικά δεν διαπίστωσα κάτι τέτοιο.
Η καθαριότητα, ήταν επιφανειακή, φαίνεται ότι δεν είχε γίνει γενική για καιρό. Η μπανιέρα μάζευε νερά, τα ταψιά στο φούρνο ήταν απόλυτα, το μπαλκόνι, δεν είχε σκουπιστει και τα μαξιλάρια στα έπιπλα μπαλκονιού ήταν απλυτα. Επίσης υπήρχε μια άσχημη μυρωδιά στο ψυγείο.Το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν είχε κανένα παράθυρο και το μπάνιο δεν είχε εξαερισμό.
