Patika, ka netikām traucēti. Patika ,ka bija uzsildīts ūdens baļlā ,kaut pēdējā vakarā bija par karstu.Patika ēdiens, kaut pēdējā dienā uz sarunāto laiku tas netika atgādāts.
Diemžēl pieredze bija vilšanās pilna un neatbilda ne numura kategorijai, ne cenai. Rezervējām Deluxe Penthouse & SPA, taču numurā nebija atsevišķi nodrošināti mutes un peldes dvieļi noteiktajam personu skaitam, kā arī dvieļi bija jāapmaksā atsevišķi . Atradās trīs lielie peldvieļi un viss. Tāpat nebija pieejams ne dzeramais ūdens, ne minerālūdens, bet no dzērieniem tika piedāvāta tikai “3 in 1” kafija. Telpas atrodas piektajā stāvā. Papildus tam pēdējā dienā pasūtītās brokastis uz noteikto laiku netika piegādātas, un nauda par tām netika atmaksāta. Lai gan izrakstījāmies rīta pusē. Šāda līmeņa numuram un servisam tas nav pieņemami. Diemžēl kopējā pieredze neatbilda solītajam komforta un apkalpošanas līmenim. Lai cik dīvaini tas neskanētu Turcijā par šo pašu cenu konforts ir daudz kvalitatīvāks.
