The cabin was close to town that was convenient also the drive up to the cabin wasn’t bad at all nice parking space for 2 vehicles .

When we first arrived I noticed the porch railing were either missing or completely broken , when we walked in we were met with a nasty mildew smell and the floor was so bad there was a huge split all the way down and huge gaps in between pieces that were sharp to the bare foot the refrigerator didn’t work at all . The ceiling has a huge bubble in it time you walk into the front door . The receptacle didn’t have a cover you can see the live wires right where the coffee pot is . The microwaves handle was broken completely off and it couldn’t be used all week. Going down stairs the mildew smell was much worse we started looking and opened the two closets downstairs and they both had standing water (1/4”) that stayed like that all week . Therefore we didn’t use the downstairs at all . The basketball game was broke . The hot tub didn’t heat up . There was much popcorn and hair everywhere . The shower / tub didn’t drain well at all the water would back up the whole time you showered it felt disgusting. The sinks water didn’t hardly come out at all it was the lowest amount of pressure you could imagine. The couch was broken and the recliner didn’t come out . The decking boards on the front porch were loose some were rotten very unsafe for children or elders to be on. The master bedroom closet doors were broken and just waiting to fall I had to rest them in the corner to avoid that, There was a white stain on the king bed covers as soon as we walked in we noticed it . This is the first review I’ve ever left we’ve been to pigeon forge over 20 times in the last 10 years and I’m amazed how bad this was . Our standards are not sky high but this is ridiculous so much maintenance and update is needed here it’s unbelievable .
