The location, a 15 minute walk into the City, 10 mins to the cricket and a Sainbury's on the doorstep.
Needs some TLC. In particular the garden, there was a chair with a rusted leg which could have collapsed, and some other items were broken. The terrace and paths need weeding. Cupboards need tidying. If you leave a pack of playing cards for your guests, it should be a full pack!

location was good close to the centre bedrooms was decorated lovely
if i had to grumble the property could do with a new sofa and an extra armchair in the room to make it more comfortable to stay in and the garden was unkept also the patio doors was filthy needed cleaning all this done i'd have given it a 10/10

It was close to the city centre
The house needs decorating. The garden is an embarrassment - it would have been lovely to sit outside but due to it being so overgrown and untidy we were unable to do that. There was an outbreak of ants near the patio door. The front door was very difficult to lock - we ended up using the patio door as we were fed up of struggling to open and lock the front door. The oven was filthy and we couldn’t get it to work. Overall, it was very disappointing.
