location was good close to the centre
bedrooms was decorated lovely
if i had to grumble the property could do with a new sofa and an extra armchair in the room to make it more comfortable to stay in and the garden was unkept also the patio doors was filthy needed cleaning all this done i'd have given it a 10/10

Very convenient location near to the town centre and university (we were there to study) but still very quiet. Spacious and uniquely decorated rooms with a nice garden. We had everything we needed for our short stay.
The property was pretty clean on the whole, but there were quite a few cobwebs in the bedroom and a greasy baking sheet had been left in the oven, which really smelled when we turned it on - not a huge deal, but a bit more attention to detail would have been nice.
