無人チェックインとのことで初めは不安でしたが、事前に電話した際にも丁寧に対応してくださりました。またチェックイン後に質問があり電話したら、親切なオーナーの方が出て来てくださり、周辺の案内やタクシーの手配など丁寧な対応をしてくださり安心しました。無人チェックインの機械はとてもわかりやすいので問題ありません。一階の温泉は湯船が小さいものの、とても柔らかい泉質でとても気持ちよかったです。ロケーションは川沿いで最高。 海外から予約したせいか知らなかったのですが、予約しておけば夕食も朝食もも用意していただけるみたいでした。でも、近隣に美味しい料理屋さんもあり、食事に関しては問題ありませんでした。旅館自体は新しくはありませんが、館内は清潔で快適に過ごせました。
私がチェックしそびれてしまったようで、内風呂がないことを知りませんでした。温泉に入れない家族がいたので、ちょっと不便しました。素敵な温泉が一階にあるので、温泉に入れる方には問題無いと思います。
