Clean and room facilities
Location seemed not safe and signage not there at all. We arrived at night and we could not see any sign or street number

What you see is what you get. I like the size of the TV, bed also located just below the Aircon. Enough space to manoeuvre around. No noise from tenants or parties happening.
3 days without hot water, the water is never hot or warm.(Instructions if there is please) It was a rainy weekend and without hot water in the shower. The other tenant parked on our spot. The gate flooded with water

There was no soap in the bathrooms it would be nice if they would provide it for their guests.
