Spacious, clean, communication was great to start with
When we arrived the kettle didn’t work so I contacted the owner who asked can I buy one myself and send them the receipt and I would be reimbursed. Wasn’t a large amount but more to the fact it was like getting blood from a stone. Constant chasing up for over a month. I finally had to get booking.com involved. Would be top marks if customer service was as good after check out as it was before check in.
