Location to relatives and shops
For a brand new home??? Sleeps 10, there was only 3 of us. Not enough crockery and cutlery, main bedroom bed ensemble looked like it came from a tip. Sheets stained. Washing machine supplied but no laundry basket or pegs. No access to live tv as there is no aerial lead ( we had to purchase). Lounge room seating enough for 5 comfortably. Coffee table broken, looks like someone has sat on it.
In my opinion you need to change advertising as a brand new home as it appears to be a few years old now. It met our requirements, but expensive and would not suit a larger group for a period of time .

The house was beautiful and had a very homey feel to it. For us it was located five minutes away from a weekend function, so the location was perfect.
The only thing we didn’t like, were things out of control, the noise of cars, the weather and the like.
We were very satisfied.
