Big and beautiful.

In a hill but not bad.

Beautiful setting with many windows to see the wonderful surrounding hillsides a top the hill 100 feet high from the road. The house is spacious and uniquely finished and the master bed was very comfortable. The two fireplaces added a country feeling and welcomed heat in the evenings as we dipped below 0 Deg C most nights. and got to see the introduction of winter with an overnight snow that blanketed the country side appearing as though we were in a small plane viewing the winter setting below. Extremely relaxing after six months of packing our house up and moving out.

The only reason an excellent rating was not achieved was due to serious water supply issues that had been going on since July. We ran out of water several time over our 19 day stay, twice being caught soaped up and then no water. Although the newly retained management company reacted quickly to the situation but the remedy was several weeks if not months away to install a large holding tank to buffer the varying supply issue. The kitchen needs some attention as we had two drawer faces fall off one of which could not attached again.

The property is located on a private lane way up on a hill. It’s very private on nice well kept property. The house has plenty of rooms, and beautiful windows which allow lots of natural light. Extremely clean with all the amenities needed to cook. The house is beautifully decorated and 2 big screen tv’s with Netflix, and other streaming services, connected to bell. The washrooms are unique with one having a two person shower. The lines are clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Barbecue located in the back yard with the utensils for grilling.
