The staff, Ken and Leroy were so sweet on Friday afternoon and evening. We watched Artemis two splash down in the lobby. There were at least 10 of us in the family area. Ken was so helpful!

This facility is an easy exit from State Route 512 and near a major shopping area. It is nearly brand new and quite lovely. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen facilities in the unit were outstanding. This was an especially good place for us to stay while accommodating a family member on the autism spectrum.
I should have asked for a ground floor unit to minimize the distance from car to our room. This would have made it a little easier for our family member who has difficulty in unfamiliar places. But it all worked out fine in the end.

Loved that the shower had a small shelf for my personal items, and a small shelf low for putting my foot on to shave my legs. bed was comfortable. Room was spacious
The room was warm - it said it was 76 and we couldn't ever figure out how to lower it. (We did not ask or report it either though)
