A couple of problems because the hotel is new, e.g., a faulty plus and problem with heating the room

The location was great. The window shades were great. We could see out, but people could not see in. Free self-parking.
We needed 2 soft pillows. All 4 pillows were firm. We wish breakfast had included a waffle iron/batter. We would have liked a small coffee maker in the room.
